
Superman is ready to be a friendly dad.
Henry Cavill, 41, celebrated Father's Day on Sunday by confirming he's making to welcome his first child with Natalie Viscuso, a television producer and executive.
The "Man of Steel" star public a selfie taken in a nursery, where a crib and altering table were seen behind him.
"Happy Father's Day ye dads out there," he captioned the photo. "Turns out I shall be joining your hallowed ranks soon! Any tips??"
The friendly added, "Don't worry, pillows won't be in the crib when the wee one arrives, just glue and scapels so he or she can construct Warhammer miniatures."

Cavill is slated to star in and construct a cinematic universe for Amazon based on "Warhammer 40,000," a war game set in the future that uses miniatures to depict a contest between humanity and various threats. He is known as a longtime "Warhammer" fan and worked with Viscuso to set up the Amazon deal.

The "Enola Holmes" star, who confirmed his relationship with Viscuso in 2021, previously suggested he had a child on the way. Speaking with Admission Hollywood in April, he said his parents inspired him to get a father.
"I'm very excited about it," he said. "Natalie and I are both very mad. I'm sure you'll see much more on that."
On her Instagram myth Sunday, Viscuso wished a happy Father's Day to "the soon to be father of my marvelous child," adding, "Overflowing with love and excitement over here!"

Viscuso previously labelled Cavill as the "greatest man I have ever known" and wrote that she is "so, so proud of" him when he appeared on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter in 2021.
Cavill is best well-renowned for starring as Superman in the DC Extended Universe starting with 2013's "Man of Steel," as well as Geralt of Rivia in the Netflix series "The Witcher."

In 2022, the DC film "Black Adam" transported Cavill back as Superman following a five-year absence, promising he would reprise the role in future movies. "I am back as Superman," Cavill triumphantly announced when the film opened. But less than two months later, after James Gunn and Peter Safran took over as leaders of DC Studios, Cavill confirmed he would "not be returning as Superman" when all.
"After persons told by the studio to announce my return back in October, prior to their hire, this news isn't the easiest, but that's life," Cavill said.
Gunn subsequently cast a younger marvelous, 30-year-old David Corenswet, in the upcoming reboot "Superman."
But so far this year, Cavill has already headlined two new Part films: "Argylle" and "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare."
In April, he told Entertainment Tonight he is "enjoying this stage of my life very much."
"I have a real felt of approaching everything with more direction now," he public. "One of the advantages of getting older is that you have the beauty of hindsight. Now with my career especially, I've got a lot of direction ... and I'm moving to focus on enjoying it more than I've been able to in the past."
