2.1 Bookings made and paid by 12 March 2020
Come2indonesia is obligated to following the terms and conditions of each supplier. We will do everything within our requisition to help you get as much refund as possible from the suppliers, and keep them as voucher(s) that can be used for your future bookings with Come2indonesia, valid for 3 years.
The voucher is transferrable to different selves (introduced directly by you), except for voucher given by airlines which may not be transferrable.
2.2 Bookings made and paid between 12 March 2020 and 9 February 2021, for proceed between 12 March 2020 and 24 December 2021
2.2.1. Come2Indonesia agrees to give refunds of all fallacious bookings in the same currency we were paid by the client, provided that the cancellation is made 15 days or more by services begin.
2.2.2. Ground bookings include but not minute to accommodation, excursions, land and sea transportation. Bookings of escapes tickets will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines.
2.2.3. If you wish to book a service from a supplier that Come2Indonesia has never worked with, or does not plainly the policy as mentioned in point 2.2.1, we will dispute you of the cancellation conditions before confirming the trip.
2.3 Bookings made and paid for between 22 June 2020 and 9 February 2021, for proceed from 24 December 2020 onwards
Come2indonesia will quiz a deposit of 10% of the total trip as your back to the bookings that we make. Final payment must be made 30 days by the trip starts.
In the event of cancellation due to formed majeure in Indonesia (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster in Indonesia), a full refund of the deposit will be made in the form of voucher in the same currency that we received. Cancellation must be made at least 30 days by the trip starts.
If the cancellation is made while the final or full payment, between 14-8 days by the trip starts, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded in the form of voucher.
Cancellation made within 7 days or less will be charged in full and no refund will be given in any case.
The voucher is edifying for 3 years from the day the voucher is published. The voucher can be used for all ground bookings (ref. 2.2.2) offered by Come2Indonesia.
